- 5
Ongoing accounting
We start regular accounting work within the agreed scope. You can send documents electronically through our platform or deliver them in the traditional way.

Reports and consultations
We regularly prepare financial and tax reports, and we remain available for consultations and tax advice.
Do you have questions?
Which documents are needed to start working together?
To get started we need your company’s registration documents (an extract from KRS, the National Court Register, or from CEIDG, the register of sole traders), the articles of association where applicable, your NIP (tax identification number) and REGON (statistical number), information on your form of taxation and the financial records from previous periods.
We agree the exact list of documents during the first consultation.
How do I hand over accounting documents?
You can send documents electronically through our online platform (scans, photos or PDF files), or bring or post them to our office in the traditional way.
The platform recognises the content of documents automatically, which speeds up their posting.
Do you offer integrations with invoicing systems used in IT?
Yes. Our accounting platform has ready-made integrations with popular invoicing systems used in the IT sector, such as FreshBooks, InvoiceCO, Fakturownia and others.
We can also build custom integrations through an API for the specific systems your company uses.
How are R&D projects and tax reliefs for IT companies handled?
We have specialist knowledge of accounting for research and development (R&D) projects and the tax reliefs connected with them. We help identify the activities that may qualify for the Polish R&D relief (ulga B+R), prepare the necessary documentation and optimise taxes in this area.
Depending on the conditions met, this can significantly reduce your tax burden.
Do you work with companies operating on international markets?
Yes, we have experience in serving IT companies that operate globally. We handle cross-border settlements, VAT on intra-EU transactions, and the import and export of digital services.
We also cooperate with partners in other EU countries, which allows us to provide complete tax support for companies active on several markets.
How often will I receive financial reports?
As standard, we prepare monthly financial reports, which are available in the client portal. Depending on the agreed scope, we can also prepare more detailed quarterly analyses or project reports.
We can adapt the frequency and scope of reporting to the individual needs of your company.
