Frequently asked questions

Do you have questions?

Which documents are needed to start payroll and HR cooperation?

To get started we need the current employee documents (employment contracts, work regulations and pay regulations), employees’ personal data together with their consent to its processing, the history of employment and pay, and other documents specific to your company.

We agree the detailed list during the first consultation.

How does the payroll process work?

The process starts with collecting data on working time, bonuses, incentives and other pay components. We then prepare the payroll lists and calculate ZUS contributions and income tax advances.

We send the prepared documents to you for approval, and once approved we generate the salary transfers and the declarations for the authorities.

Do you also handle the non-standard forms of employment popular in the IT sector?

Yes, we have experience with the different forms of cooperation typical for the IT sector, such as B2B contracts, agreements with freelancers, stock option programmes and bonus schemes based on project delivery.

For each of these forms we provide the appropriate documentation and tax settlements.

How do you support foreign employees in IT companies?

We offer complete support in employing foreign workers, both from the EU and from outside the EU. We help obtain the necessary permits, prepare the appropriate contracts and settle taxes in line with double taxation treaties.

We also support communication with employees who do not speak Polish.

Do you help create pay policies and incentive schemes?

Yes, we advise on designing effective pay and incentive systems tailored to technology companies.

We help design transparent salary bands, bonus schemes linked to KPIs and benefit programmes that help you retain talent.

How do you keep employees’ personal data secure?

We apply high security standards in line with the GDPR. All data is stored on secured, encrypted servers, and only authorised persons have access to it.

We carry out regular security audits and update our procedures in line with the latest legal and technical requirements.
